If your dog isn't resting easier, we want to make it right. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

• Items should be in their original condition where possible (we understand dogs are involved — reach out and we'll work with you).
• To start a return, email support@greymuzzle.co with your order number.
• Return shipping is on us — we'll send you a prepaid label.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is confirmed.
